If you are on the spiritual path then you know that as you go through this spiritual awakening you 'hit' stuff, the stuff appears as a block and yet spiritual wisdom is yearning to be weaved through the experience because it's actually needed for that next door that's ready to be opened.
And let's be honest, the frustration might be so big you want to just throw it all away (and that also appears to be a crappy solution because you put so much of you into it).

Your Feminine Brain is really smart always doing what it's told to do! It's your unconscious mind and is filled with a plethora of emotions and beliefs about yourself (ones we love/hate/label as good or bad)
It's running your ENTIRE life's behavior and remember this can be either effective or not AND can be changed
This one's so important! It's the bridge to your higher consciousness which means when you start to UNWIND what's in the unconscious you OPEN the Bridge to more wisdom, faith, and TRUST in yourself and your path (this is the best FLOW we can possibly dream for as it's our limitless possibility)!
Your unconscious is where the root of all your problems lives which is why many of us struggle to fully release something (chances are you missed clearing the root) and when you release the root EVERYTHING changes (this is where I can share some really amazing stories with you)
