Meeting Mary and Inviting in the Magdalena Energy for WISDOM and MAGNETISM!

On July 22 it was Mary ’s Feast day, a day to honor the divine feminine essence of Mary Magdalene, that is rising in the collective and ripe for those who are ready to choose her. Maybe you have already heard, seen or felt  her call? 

I was so grateful that I got to sit in ritual for over 2 hours with over 300 Women, some trained Priestesses and others healers, teachers, moms, friends.! It was beyond magical and an activating experience.

Why is Mary important for every woman?

Mary represents the energy of the divine feminine, love and compassion, spiritual wisdom and sacredness within us. She represents many different elements that we as women are stepping back into remembering who we are, have always been and also illuminating the truth, that the control and manipulation realms have pushed our spiritual knowledge away from us. It’s reclaiming time.

As the planet's consciousness rises, so does ours and Mary brings back, the oracle, the mystic, the wisdom (divine Gnosis), the Priestess alchemy, taking us back home to our christed feminine consciousness HOME, our SPIRITUAL HOME! , where we get to re-discover the mysteries that Jesus taught his disciples (he IS the most important spiritual saint to understand sacred freedom, a realm we can live in which is the highest state of being and abundance ) and in unity works with the divine feminine energy of spiritual truth and connectedness. This mystical truth has been lost, hidden and is now YOURS to reclaim! 

I’ve been working with Mary (but didn’t realize it until about a year ago) since the moment I opened up the book seven years ago, The Pistis Sophia by J.J. Hurtak, and invited her into my spiritual awakening. 

This book is a collection of mysteries, that Jesus shared with his disciples, and speaks to the Fallen Feminine principle, where women were removed from their status, means, voice, power mysticism, Priestess alchemy, and sovereignty, which is what we mean when we say the principle of the fallen divine feminine. It can no longer be hidden. It is HERE and has RISEN.

I was introduced to this book by my mystery school teacher and at the time she was teaching me about what it meant to be a mystic and a Priestess. I was SO LOST, confused and my life was in sheer chaos…which is the entry point by the way for you to invite in the divine feminine wisdom . I have a WHOLE new relationship with chaos. This is a 700+ page book and it’s got one hell of a frequency so realize you will go to what you need in that moment depending on where you are at in your journey.

The book is filled with levels of consciousness designed to activate the mysteries inside your DNA and only when you are ready for them. This book has played a special role in my spiritual awakening, especially the last 2 years since my mom passed away, awakening me into a deep spiritual union of  my christed feminine.

This has brought me a DEEP trust in my soul’s path, purpose and that I have everything I need and I AM everything. This is spiritual liberation.

I have been deeply inward over the last 5 months, where I have been shedding layers of my ego and YES it has been painful, until it no longer was 🙂 The biggest struggle I felt, was my sensitivity to people was at an all time high where I had to literally go into my cave, remove myself even from where I lived, where I unplugged from the deep entanglement that happens to us in our families, organizations, friendships, romantic relationships, where we are in our shadow, supporting each other's shadow (HUGE realization) and until we choose not to. I even moved and took off to travel. I started in Sedona and now I’m in Colorado, on this mystical pilgrimage. 

This is HOW we illuminate our lightbody. It’s HOW we discover our spiritual power. It’s also HOW we unplug from the 3D matrix of scarcity and slavery to the hustle, that we have been conditioned to believe is the only way to make it in this world. Many women also don’t realize this is the FASTEST way to shut down your connection to your divine feminine and magnetism (can you see how this is a ‘lost’ principle of wisdom)? 

When you ignite your divine feminine christed self and come into unity with your god head, you no LONGER NEED to do the hustle. That’s the wrong place to find your magnetism as a woman. You become a living expression OF the God within you.

Let’s be honest- if you are not activating the mysteries of your divine self and are living in scarcity, fear, worry and like you are never enough- this is the fallen principle of the divine feminine that Mary and JESUS are here to help us discover and release!  This energy is in our collective consciousness and until we decide to leap forward into our divine union, we will continue to operate in this 3D matrix of pain and suffering.

Mary’s energy is POTENT and vibrant and ALIVE and lOVING and FIREY and WILD and accessible to ALL of us. She is one of the divine feminine energies that live inside EVERY woman! THe bible also removed her as it was rewritten 88 times…lost in translation my dear friends is the fallen principle of the divine feminine.

My Journey Understanding Time Line Therapy and its connection to Law of Attraction and Feminine Magnetism

I’ve been blessed to understand the true magic of this tool, Time Line Therapy, that I discovered almost a decade ago. I released a trauma in 72 hours and also signed up to get trained in these tools that opened and expanded my life in ways I’d never have thought would have happened.

I used to joke to my family that one day I’d have a business. It was no joke! lol.

This tool helped me let go of some of the greatest limitations that I ever put into my brain. I made big decisions that I knew were aligned with my soul’s calling even though I didn’t quite know how things would unravel.

I’ve also decided to move and travel and let the universe guide me to where my soul is asking me to be. I’m currently using my feminine to call in my Divine Masculine.

I’ve come into one of the deepest states of union with my feminine essence and I realize this is a VERY different type of trust then living from just a 3D realm of push/hustle thinking that the more I push the more I get. That’s the deepest mystery to be discovered by women.

My soul purpose has evolved as I’ve evolved. I’m here to help women unplug the pain and to help them unplug from living in a VERY over-masculinized way, coming back into harmony with their feminine energy of RECEIVING!

So how did I get here?

I realized that it is a PROCESS and JOURNEY that requires a lot of courage and self-compassion!

You shed the layers you decide to shed (this is where we have free will to grow or stop growing and seriously no judgement as you get to choose your own adventure) and as I let go of my ego that kept me stuck, I opened my wisdom channel and intuitive ability in ways I never thought were possible.

I came back into my body and stopped fighting with my masculine energy to push and ‘PROVE’ myself.

I remember a coach telling me to stop trying to prove myself and now can I only see that it came from a very deep wound that I had that had me never stopping and taking care of myself. I wanted to be seen and loved by my mother.

Welcome to my “Mother” Archetype wound, that had me shut down from the truth of my divine feminine. My mother was a mystic in hiding and funny how I found HER t-shirt that had a picture of a black sheep amongst all the white sheep. She wasn’t ready to find her feminine receiving power. This is where my path gets to be different and I get to teach this to other women and that makes my heart sing!

Running a business put me into my masculine in epic proportions especially after my mom passed away. I hit epic levels of burnout and exhaustion and finally hit the surrender button.

I had a moment with God and Goddess. I prayed to better understand this because it never felt right to be in this push energy.

After my mom passed I also had epic levels of panic attacks and anxiety and could not figure out why I was feeling this with all my tools that I was using regularly. That’s when God talked to me and said:

“We are going to make this so LOUD for you until you TRUST that we are here.” Ironically that was the day my brakes failed on my car that kept me home (can you see the metaphor of SLLLLLOOOOOWWWING down to receive the truest source of being ‘safe’..your god self) ?!

Within the moment of surrender my anxiety VANISHED!! I never had another panic attack again. Welcome to the life of a mystic who who seeks her truth.

What I realized in that moment is that the only reason we feel fear is because we are disconnected from our divine feminine , our spiritual soul self. We are on the journey to return back to her. This is truly coming home.

I received downloads of wisdom about my divine feminine energy body and magnetism and this is where life started to CHANGE in big ways.

I started to understand and work with my magnetism. I do much less and attract so much more. I’ve gone through one of the greatest divine feminine integrations, that I’ve moved into full body orgasms, states of euphoria, feeling SO connected that I’m not really afraid of anything (I’ve expanded into my deep divine feminine soul codes and I’m now at peace in the ‘not knowing’). Welcome to another feminine mystery (we can call these initiations).

I believe that this deeply connected energy and magnetism is already inside every woman AND I also know that many women are stuck in the push and hustle of creating without it. I’m sharing this with you to help you dive more DEEPLY into your truth.

This is how my purpose has changed as I went more deeply into myself. While this might seem impossible to your ego, I’m here to tell you that if you need a clearing, keep clearing. Avoid staying stagnant and stuck. There is so much wisdom for you to learn and most spiritual women are stuck struggling in the Embodiment of this energy.

I know I was there and now I’ve stepping into this deep deep soul embodiment (your business will never look the same way when it comes to HOW you do things). I tell my clients it feels like I’m living in the liquid of the universe letting my feminine embodiment guide me through life instead of my head/ego telling me what to do.

From the programming from the media, the tv and movies you watch, it one big program that has been installed like a really terrible move into your brain.

This keeps running and reinforcing the illusions of self and beliefs of ‘un-sacred’ over and over.

You are being told you are NEVER enough by everything outside of you. This is one of the greatest ‘spells’ you were told to believe.

The truth is the inner light you radiate will ALWAYS tell you that you are ENOUGH, MORE than enough! There is zero proving, you have this ability to work with sacred energy that lives in your cells and the fire burns deeply in your belly.

Your conditioning can change. You have the choice to choose and it requires a new place to focus your energy.

The most important thing to realize is that the physical reality you call home is the smallest part of WHO you are. It’s only 0.4% of your truth. The other 96% of WHO you are is the Sacred Universe. This is the part of you that is ALL around you and inside of your cells that you can’t necessarily see or touch and yet you have this ability to go tell it what to do because it can hold energy as all energy is electromagnetic.

So when are you going to tell yourself that you have had ENOUGH of the illusions of never being enough? I hope you say, CYNTHIA NOW!

Hypnosis Demystified- The Most Important Truths and SHIFT your Focus to Attract, Love, Clients, $ instead of what you are getting now

I wanted to share this article to help you discover the POWER of CHANGE that is possible with using hypnosis and other hypnotic techniques to suggest change to your unconscious mind.

I’ve been a Hypnosis Teacher and using this with my clients for over 5 years and while some might think it’s woo-woo I’ve seen some massive changes I hope you are curious enough to read to the end.

Why use Hypnosis?

• It helps you by-pass your logical mind (monkey mind), that keeps you up thinking negative thoughts and worries about yourself, the past, which allows you to get to the unconscious mind (also known as subconscious mind) and that is where all of your limitations exist along with all the negative emotions that you have stored from the entirety of your life and it’s also the place that I get to lead you to to let them go during our time together!

Let me explain a little first about your unconscious mind:

• Your unconscious mind is the blueprint for your entire life/reality, where you have programs running NOW sorted in different unconscious filters (values, events, beliefs, emotions) that you wired in as a kid, teenager. Think about the misunderstandings you have with people in your life and differing opinions. Those are differences in wiring.

• Every person wakes up in the morning and runs their unconscious programs (which means that they are not conscious to it, they have no idea they are doing what they do and that it might even be annoying to you)

• Your unconscious mind will always do what it’s told to do, which means that if you have programmed it to put everyone first and be an over-giver, you are programmed to come last, to take breaks after you have helped everyone else, and maybe you even find yourself rescuing people and unfortunately this pattern of coming LAST has shut down your RECEIVING channels. Is this you?

• Or maybe you told it to keep you hidden, behind the scenes (safe out of ‘danger’ because that might have been programmed in when you were under 7 years old)

  and then you take the leap into entrepreneurship and you may find yourself really challenged to get out there, network, be seen and believe in yourself in this new capacity

  Here’s a super COOL thing- if you programmed it into you, you can take it out and put something more EFFECTIVE in

When you clear your unconscious filters, you can create MASSIVE shifts in your life, and from what I’ve witnessed with my clients, in as little as 4 sessions.

When I personally let go of my old significant past events and trauma, I could go back to the old event and it was neutral. Using these tools have been profound helping me get over fear to leave my job, heart break, mission building and most recently losing my mom. My healing has been remarkable.

When you let go of the old, realize that this also makes BIG space in your brain to rewire new thoughts and take new actions (it’s so much easier to go create things when you no longer have that fear in the way).

The Official Definition of Hypnosis:

All Hypnosis is SELF- Hypnosis!

YES you read that right.

You are probably wondering HOW am I hypnotizing myself on a daily basis? We are in a hypnotic ‘trance-like’ state more than 80% of our day. Think back to a time when you were driving and you realized you were there…yes, you were in trance.

Driving is the time I have the most creative ideas! I’m out of my logical mind’s way.

Here’s how:

• you take in suggestions (ones you like that support you and ones that hold you back) through what people say to you

• what you watch on tv

• what you listen to on the radio (have you ever actually listened to the words in songs)

• images and feelings you get from video games

• the news (so much fear is in the news)

• what you say to yourself and all the ‘self-doubt’ you sit in every day

  If this is new to you and you are like WHAAT?? then I want you to decide you are ready to become VERY aware of what you take in and start feeding your mind with AMAZING THINGS! A few other important things to know:

You are HIGHLY suggestible during the early morning rising time and before you go to bed. I always invite my clients to turn off their phones so they can focus on something beautiful like a future story they want to see happen and suggest that to your mind instead of negative thoughts in a movie or T.V.

Hypnosis is documented as being used in as early as 2000 B.C. in ancient Egypt and India where people would gather in caves and receive ‘healing’ suggestions. YES this powerful practice is that old.

While I can’t say it will heal you I will say I have seen some healings, truthfully they blew my mind too. Your mind is POWERFUL and there is an expression that your unconscious mind is your body.

Other things about hypnosis:

*You will always hear my voice and are in a relaxed state (my clients LOVE hypnotic tools because you are out of your thinking monkey mind so it’s QUIET)

*You are always in control (if you don’t want to participate you won’t). People who walk around like farm animals at hypnotic stage shows DECIDED with free-will to participate in them, and are typically extroverts and are ready to play FULL OUT! This is probably the biggest misconception that is out there. YOU always have control :)

*You are in control of your results (if you don’t want to change you won’t) and if you are ready for change YOU WILL! If for some reason you want to send your partner to me for their annoying habit realize they have to want to change.

What is Hypnosis Good for?

Hypnosis is great for self-esteem building, trusting yourself, seeing your inner beauty, inner power, building your connection to your higher self and taking actions in your business and relationships that right now might make you fearful to think about them right now.
